If it were me, I'd sell or trade it. The Rem. 260 brass isnt widely available, so it should be easy to sell.
If it is for kids, it is important that they learn to use proper ammo in a rifle. Even though it would be correct, the headstamp issue is misleading, and could lead to confusion or mistakes.
