When I got my first 260 in 1998, I bought 200 pieces of brass from Remington...

My rifles so chambered have shot 308 and 708 head stamped brass ever since..

Remington made 260 brass was the worse brass for QC I've ever used...

so instead of necking it to anything else... I let it decorate the trash can...

I've had people even offer to give me the 260 Rem brass they had, after getting rid
of their 260 for something else, newer...

I passed on it, every time...
