no proof of insurance and expired tags....won't that get you arrested all by itself in some states?
I don't know about other states but here in the not so great state of New Yorkistan, not having valid insurance might not get you arrested. It will however get you a serious moving violation and you're not driving the vehicle away....it's on the hook for sure. Whether you're black, white, red, orange, purple, yellow or green....doesn't matter.
