Understand your point and generally agree but...
Don't confuse bureaucracy (government,schools,etc) with competitive sports.
Further,focus on what you "want",vs want you don't want.A pitching example;"I'm gonna tear the bttm out of blue's strike zone" vs...."I hope this gets across the plate".Pretty basic sports psychology.....the issue is,it doesn't translate well to bureaucratic entities.
