We recently bought a 2008 limited with the v6. I wanted the v6 because based on what I had read it gets almost the same mpg as the 4 banger and has lots of get up and go in a small SUV. I was pleased that is how it turned out in reality. We wanted a cheaper commuter car and traveling car. So far so good. We will probably hand it down to my youngest son once he is driving age. This way I am not driving my thirsty power wagon to work.
