10 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
1/2 cup pineapple juice
½ cup soy sauce
½ cup brown sugar
1/2 cup ketchup
1T fresh ginger root, grated
1T teaspoons minced garlic
2T sesame oil
Dash of red pepper flakes or Siracha for some heat
sesame seeds for garnish
green onions, sliced for garnish

Put chicken in large bowl, add mixed marinade and let set at least 2 hours before cooking but better overnight. Over hot coals grill chicken 5 min per side, then put to side of grill for indirect heat ~250F and let finish cooking for 30-40 minutes Serve with sticky rice.
