Varget and 210 ttsx and I don't think I'll ever have to look for anything more. Not sure using better brass could help but weight sorted LC67 necked up has been fine. JES rebore, and its not as accurate as I prefer but its solidly 1.5 Moa at 100 and beyond. Easily a 300 yard gun.

Took a moose with it a few years back, 125 steps appx, quartering to, broke the neck on entry, took out the offside shoulder blade, IE penetrated it, and was barely caught by the skin on the off side. Weight is 210 as expanded... I don't recall exact weight with tip missing but suffice to say it lost no bullet weight. It might have weighed 209. something...

Since Varget is so dang temp stable I use it.

Need a bigger bullet will go to a bigger gun.

We can keep Larry Root and all his idiotic blabber and user names on here, but we can't get Ralph back..... Whiskey Tango Foxtrot, over....
