oddly why was a court order and a judge required?
He was trespassing and had no legal rights to be in that home!
Am I missing something? Why not call the police and have them remove the trespasser, or file a restraining order? How does this even get into a legal question about that idiots rights ( non-rights) as the case may be?
I;m simply stumped about this needing to reach a level of a court case with a judge?
