Except for the brakes, my 2000 f250 has been a good truck. It pulls great with a v10 and 5sp.
I keep my eyes open for a newer crew cab model. An 07 or 08 v10 with a 6sp and 4:30 rear end would be a great tow vehicle with out dealing with a diesel.
