Is that a Berger bullet you are loading? I'm loading the 130 Scirocco at a OAL of 3.052 which is 0.050 off the lands. I took four loads to the range yesterday with IMR 4831, IMR 4350, H4831 and RL-19. The best loads were the max listed for H-4831 and IMR-4350. Both were just a hair under 1 MOA. I didn't chrono them, but I will next time. I've tried severa different pwders/primer/seating depth and can't get much better than .75 MOA. I had one group with IMR 4350 that measured .185 when I first got the rifle, but I have not been able to duplicate it so I figure I jerked the trigger just right all three shots.
