When you order fancy wood like that on a Shiloh ( and oay like $500 +++ extra for it ) do you simply get what they select or do they have a selection of stocks or blanks you can pick from?


When the wood came in, Kirk called me and I went to the factory and picked the blank. Basically, Kirk already had the blanks graded and it was easy to see this was what I wanted...




I think if anything, Shiloh is conservative on their wood grading. I ordered Extra Fancy on my .45-90 and it's jaw-dropping, don't know how one would upgrade it to make "presentation".
