Lot of times, a 22 LR or 22 mag cylinder from another Single-Six will drop right in.
I had one, that my late Brother bought a spare cylinder for at a gun show, that wouldn't fit.
I used a whetstone on the back of the cylinder, and took off metal two thousands at a time until it would fit and function.
Gotta keep things square, and measure with dial calipers often.
