This isn't my gun obviously but this is the sort of thing I use. You can get them made for centerfire cartridges, for rimfire cartridges & for shotgun shells. They're what I use on my Encores and Contenders.

I have 2 or 3 around here that I will use with my single shots as well as my bolt guns.
