No sir, and a common fault in young people these days. It's illegal, weither or not you get caught. It's the difference between right and wrong, and when you say "it's only wrong if you get caught" you get warped values. That phrase (and justification for wrong behavior) needs to be stomped out without mercy.

Correct, in most instances. Perhaps integrity would fit the usage better. It's doing the right thing even though no one is watching.
