My dad picked up my whole torch kit for $145 about 10 years ago at an auction.
Torch, regulators, hoses and large tanks.
Actually, it was like several different tanks, one for shielding gas, medium torch set and something else.
The little private supply guy checked out all the torch stuff, and did a straight up swap to the tanks
I wanted. We all won.
Yes, I still have the bill of sale.
At one time they wouldn't sell us tanks around here.
They would swap, if you could prove they were yours, but, they didn't like it.
