Costco has the best I’ve ever bought or have eaten. Theirs is thick and very meaty.

My cousin bought some from Costco in November and made bacon out of it. He made me up about 10lbs of sliced and 10lbs of 1lb slabs. Boy is it ever good chewin. I use it a lot in different things like braises ,stews and beans it really makes the recipes taste great. Seems like just the right amount of
Fat and meat.
