Do you really mean 42 PSI ? Are the C or D rated? I had E rated on my truck run at 75PSI. I was at about 16,000 #'s with truck, camper and 3 horse slant loaded.Made for some tight pucker a times.

Like posted for a 1/2 ton,probably no problem.
