I'm certain it was developed to fit certain state law requirements for deer hunting. Might even be a hit with .35 caliber or AR afficiandos, though I can't tell what it does that a .450 Bushmaster or .458 Socom won't do bigger and better (albeit with more recoil). Guess the .350 could shoot a bit flatter (arguably).
I've only got a .30 caliber can, so I don't have a dog in the race.
