Does anyone have either the Mossberg Patriot in .375 Ruger or does anyone have a .375 Ruger? So far in my Mossberg I have only shot the 270 grain Superformance ammo. Rocks you a little but I was able to shoot a whole box of ammo one afternoon/evening. I did ad a limbsaver slip on. The rifle needed the extra length before I dared put my eye behind the scope.
I found it fun to shoot. Like shooting a slug gun which is what we used to almost were only limited too not to long ago. I did get a couple 1” groups before the scope slipped in the rings.
I told the guys at work it’s my brush gun. I think this could kill anything in North&South America and Africa though if being chased by an elephant I would hope my guide had something larger.
