What Keith said. I would add that all things being equal, at that velocity I would put my money on a cast bullet- if it had a wide meplat (large flat point) and was cast of a rather soft alloy say in the bhn hardness range of 10-13. Folks have forgotten (or don't care to know) just how "splattery" a soft cast bullet can be. Such a load would be an impressive deer thumper.
