A very worthwhile endorsement for the Sierra .35 200 gr round nose. I shop well over 100 of the Remington 200 gr core-lokts in my Marlin 336-A a few years back and could not get them to group with any of the standard powders. The Sierra 200 gr bullet shoots great in my rifle and obtainable.
doctor_Encore yes Sir...I get really good groups as well in my 336 .35 with open sights or as good enough to kill a bear at 100 yards or less...Like I stated earlier... I've killed several bears with the Sierra and they are wonderful...This is a different bear but the Sierra has good penetration as well and again just as dead...I give up on Remington several years ago because I couldn't find any core loks to load....I couldn't tell you how many bears exactly me and my boy have killed with the Sierra but several lol...We tree a lot of bears...
