The math of the variability of BC is not in dispute. Sierra publishes different BCs for the same bullet based upon velocity ranges. Some bullet manufacturers publish different BCs for the same bullet based upon twist rates.

Do you really think that any of these published figures are constants, that is to say hard numbers not subject to change?

The facts are clear,the real world BC of any given bullet can vary widely from published figures.

Surely you understand and have seen rifles that would shoot flatter than others when shooting the same bullet at the same muzzle velocity in the same conditions. If they all have the same optical axis relative to bore axis,a different BC is the only reasonable explantion.

If you can't follow the math,it's not the fault of the numbers. Think about it,numbers don't lie and the numbers prove my point easily.
