I've found the same thing... or close... most temp sensitive to me has been H 335...

that notwithstanding, Rl 23 seems to be real close to the burn rate of RL 22
and its been temp insensitive in my use so far.... low 30s to high 90s...


I think RL22 gets a bit of a bad rap for being temperature sensitive, it is on the other hand the worst powder ever for lot to lot uniformity, find a lot# and buy 5 to 10 pounds of it. I have been using it in 300WM for decades with no problem.

Seafire says H335 is temp sensitive and I agree but to me the worst by a lot is H380
