I'd be typing for a year trying to remember all the little [bleep] in my pack but the general outline stays the same:
Pack: Kifaru EMR w/ 2 spotting scope pockets, a few small pouches, and a guide lid, on their 26" hunting frame.
Tent: Hilleberg Nallo 3 for the last few years, or Big Agnes Fly Creek UL2 if I'm going by myself. I also carry a Hilleberg Tarp UL-10 on any Alaskan hunt i do, and sometimes carry only that if it's a quick trip or weather is forecasted to be decent.
Sleeping Bag: Been using a MH UltraLamina 15 for the last 6 years and it's been good.
Pad: Some sort of NeoAir on top of a Z-lite.
Boots: Scarpa
Clothes: whatever solid color hiking pants and shirt I've got reasonably clean when the hunt starts.
Binos/Pouch: Maven 10x42 in an AGC pouch I've had for a while. Been a solid setup too.
Spotter: Swaro 20-60x65 HD on top of a Manfrotto BeFree.
Rifle: 700 6.5x47 or a FieldCraft 6.5 CM, both with a 10x42 SWFA.
Nice to have good solid list to rely on!
