Seems awhile back there was a post showing a Marlin X7 bedded in a McMillan (?) fiberglass stock. Does anyone know if the X7 shares a action foot print with any other brand of rifle. I know the X7 uses the same scope bases as the Model 70 Winchester. Wondering if you have to start completely over or just requires minor modifications.
