Are the Pedersoli Sharps .45-70 rated for the "Bear Load" ammo;

It appears rated for smokeless factory ammo.
Is 29,007 cup the cut off?
Is a hotter load ballistic for this cartridge going to appreciably improve trajectory or mostly increase impact force?
Though the .45-70 has been around for almost 150 years but it and the Sharps are new to me -
