DAMN, I imagine so, IIRC Kurt71 shot his 50-90 in matches well into his 70's, also iirc, he fired 700+ grain bullets in excess of 1300 fps, that a hell of a booting too, my own 50-90 hunting rifle firing 750gr grease groove bullets at 1365 fps is quite enough, and that's checking zero and few times a year and hunting, nevermind shooting it in matches shocked grin, it IS a hell of a hammer and sent one of those 750gr greasers 8 or 9 feet into a bedded Eland bull in Africa last year.
