I do NOT blame them for this travesty I blame our courts and the liberal politicians that appointed/allowed them to be!

Sad reminder of 29 (twenty nine!) years of my life where I dealt with the repercussions of "affirmative action" each and every day - many of my fellow officers referred to this system as "rig a jig a job"!
As crass and nearly vulgar as that sounds it was quite truthful.

I made the E - 7 list in 93 secondary zone 1st look.
Had a sequence # in the 400,s
About 4 of us in 2/ 327th IN on that list.
DA rescinded and revised the list Army MOS wide.
3 of us not on 2nd list.....
Pissed the fugg off.
2 groids that were not on original list from our battalion made the 2nd... go figure.....
I made the list primary zone in 95 with a sequence # of 28.

AA in da house.
No other explanation for it.
They didnt hit the magic quota numbers....
Promote the inept and underqualified for race %,s.......
