IMO there is always a better option than Sightron

I have no interest in FFP or spending two grand on a scope. I
might spring for a Nightforce SHV or three down the road but not anytime soon. I'm interested in scopes in the $350 to $700 price range.
What is your actual experience owning and using Sightron scopes?
