Shipped by them to address they have for UPS only, have had problem before with them and others using final mile delivery by USPS. They have been told before, customer service said they put note on my account.
How exactly can UPS ship to an address that doesn't work for USPS? Your address is your address, regardless of shipping company.
If you have a PO Box, then you have two different shipping addresses. The PO Box for USPS, and your residence for UPS.
