Your Sinko is a great lure but it's only effective in the top tier of the water column.
I would go with the 10" Power worm that I could rig to fish the top, swim it in the middle and especially the bottom in cover; Like brush Piles.

Senko's are great on a Carolina rig or finesse rigged several different ways and fished on the bottom.
