I refuse to do anymore sheetrock EVER. I hate it and I hate installing it, finishing it and owning it.
I put up birch bead board now when I add to my home or rental property.
I had some flunky dudes smelled like beer and sour milk, had a skanky gal with they wanted $3500 to do the ceiling in 800sq ft of new construction. All I wanted was a simple knock-down texture paint.
I already had all the materials there.
I moved them along.
I'm used to paying $15 a sheet
Had another guy and his 2 sons come out. They did all my hanging and texture for $650
