just buy a new BLR rifle it will cost you about the same as mess`in that rifle up. i just purchased a new BLR S.S. 30-06 takedown for less than $1200.00 . they only BLR Browning I wish Browning would build is a BLR S.S. 338 Win. mag. now that would be one heck of a bear rifle !
