LJBass:
The trip was mostly to just sit back and relax in tall timber shade beside the river. About 7:00 PM each evening I suited up and waded in right at the upstream end of the campground. Mostly tossed a Gold Ribbed Hare's Ear. Score was typically 3-4 hits and two landed in an hour covering about 40 linear yards. That was good enough, as one starts to chill down if wading deep. Did not see much in the way of surface activity though. Nothing finer than nailing a fish when knows it's there.
