One of my Ar's shoots one inch groups with Frontier 5.56 ammo, this ammo is loaded by Lake city using Hornady 55 gr fmj bullets, they also have 62 gr loads. Quite a few different loads/bullets in 223 and 5.56... I got some 62 {or 68)sp and 75 bthp. Anyone have direct experience with the line?
