I'm pretty sure you are incorrect. The Forbes shares the same footprint as an ULA/NULA. To the OP, try Mace Sports, they may have a rail mount available as it was offered for the Forbes Rifles and I believe they still have some of them for sale. I wish there was just a simple Weaver style base set up for the Forbes but I have not found one.
