+1 on Lewandowski not busting out in laughter/keeping his cool.

I would have had a hard time not saying "Shut up you fat cowpie and let me answer your last damn question by reading this letter from WH Council."... over and over again.

If you are not actively engaging EVERY enemy you encounter... you are allowing another to fight for you... and that is cowardice... plain and simple.
