Way better eating than one of those antlered ones. Our Wyoming buddy who brought the horses always was looking for a calf of the year while some of the rest of us were knocking ourselves out looking for the bulls. Now those elk antlers are just knocking around out in the garage and in the way, but too nice to throw away given all the exercise that went into getting them.
