I own a 6.5" Bisley and love it. I shoot 375 or 400 gr hard cast out of it with healthy charges. Recoil is stout but not abusive. I had a 454 Casull and a 475 Linebaugh. Sold all of them and kept the 480. I think its about the perfect big bore for most people.
