Having a pad ready for a building is no small thing. When Jake, and I built his shed ten years ago the dirt work, and hauling for the pad was $6000 with dirt off the farm.
Yeah, it's expensive here too. Luckily, I had some extra material from when I resurfaced my road coming into the ranch here, and it was close enough to use my loader bucket to place it.
Hope they don't have to set a post on top of one of those oak stumps.
