The 75 ELD & 80 ELD are pretty much a wash. Shoot which ever shoots best in your gun or is cheapest. In 223 the 88 isn't worth the hassle out of an AR especially if you shoot mag length bullets too.
Not a single one of the bullets you mentioned are worth the hassle in an AR.
