Recently sent in a gloss scope. I filled out their online form for returning scopes.
I told them they could replace at will, but they chose to completely rebuilt my old $75 "campfire special" Gloss Vari X 11 3-9x40......
They put new lenses in it too, on their own accord. Not written on the spec/repair sheet, but definitely has new lenses.....not just cleaned. Much higher quality image now, VX Freedom lenses I'm sure.(I have several freedoms, looks like the same image to me now).


This is what I ended up with after 2 weeks of them having mine..............








ZERO CHARGE.........spent $8 to ship it there.


According to their repair form, they replaced the elevation twice......haha. Maybe this one will actually track. Follow up down the road once I get it mounted up and shot again.
May be a while, I got an elk hunt coming up and I may not have too much time to test it. But, within a month I'll have a follow up on the "tracking" and function of this scope. And, no I'm not using this on my elk hunt.
