My defining moment in a 30 year career as a Paramedic/PA was when a tough as nails 50 y/o Driller presented w/ anal bleeding and pain sufficient to warrant a visit to Doc in the remote hinterlands of Kazakhstan. When he bent over I thought he had stuffed bloody eggplants up his arse. He still sends me Christmas cards. Asteroids[best description ever] can only be appreciated by those that have suffered them and those that have treated them, neither are recreational. Prevention is possible and should be investigated by anyone who takes literature to the Crapper.
