That sounds bad, until you look at the percentage of the general population in the US with a criminal record. It appears to be just under one-third, and that's by the time they're 23.




I have known thousands of people over the space of my 79 years, I cant recall anyone with a criminal record . Does this statistic include maybe traffic tickets or something? Hard to believe a third of the population are criminals.
