I have both, the Tikka is roughly twice the cost. It is slightly more accurate, but no where near twice as accurate. Close call, but I wouldn't sell a Tikka to buy a Ruger. If squeezing that last tiny bit of accuracy is worth the money to you then buy a Tikka. If not the Ruger is a lot of accuracy for the money.
