It might look like a tikka copy from the outside but if you take them apart and check tolerances they are completely different.

Its a lot like saying a 350 with internals that are set up to turn 10,000 rpm is a copy of a 350 with internals that will handle 5000 rpm. They look exactly the same on the outside

you are likely correct there trystan. i was strictly speaking of the mode of transport at face value NOT tolerances or quality of materials.
