Used to be able to turn legal length fish back but now if it is legal length you must keep it, pretty good reg there.

Assume you sna from the bank and not in a boat?

Here is one that bumped into a minnow on a 1/16 oz jighead. 8# Fireline and a 7 1/2' UL rod, snagged right in the end of the fuggin snout. Was a good fight.
