Win 70 , i agree that it is possible for a couple guy's to go for a special year mint, but that was nowhere near mint. look at the right side of the wrist. looks like someone grabbed it with paint thinner or such .
as for selling my 94's i sold the bulk about 10 years ago. sold 40 and kept 3. and those are special, to me.
