Shotgun shooters,

I bought a used Mossberg 500A with a 24 inch barrel, matte finish metal, green plastic stocks, and D&T for optics to make it into a turkey gun.

Well... initial shots seem to have trouble extracting 2.75 light loads and doesn't eject 3 inch consistently.

I need to give it a deep dive cleaning still so whats my game plan to attack the extraction issues?

I really dont want to put too much money or parts into this rainy day turkey beater.
