First off - avoid ammo with steel rims... Use brass only if possible.. Next - check the ejector and see if it's intact - i.e., not worn or damaged/bent. Next, carefully note the two cam interfaces on the action arms in relation to the related surface on the shell latch.. If those are damaged to a certain point, ejection will be affected... If they're not TOO badly damaged, careful file work to restore the surfaces and retain the proper angle will alleviate ejection issues..
It was steel case trap loads giving me issues and I will double check that.
